Get ready to get soaked! In Wet & Wild camp we will try out three different types of water sports: canoeing, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding. We will spend two days on the water learning canoe, kayak, and paddleboard skills while practicing on a lake. On our last day we'll use our new skills to canoe or kayak down a stretch of the Cannon River. Stand-up paddleboarding is a combination of kayaking and surfing. It is the fastest-growing water sport in the world. Life jackets, canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards will be provided. Bring a lunch and wear comfortable clothing that can get wet. Snack is provided. Off-site.
August 22nd-24th (Monday-Wednesday).
9am-4pm.
Cost: $200 ($175 for River Bend members).
