Open to students from Faribault's Jefferson, Lincoln, & Roosevelt elementaries and Cannon River STEM School in grades 1-5. 
Cost: $15 (Scholarships available, see below).
Pre-registration is required by Friday, April 7th, 2017. Limit 15 students per school.

Join the fun at River Bend Nature Center Science Club! Science Club is the early-release day science program for Faribault elementary school students at Jefferson, Lincoln, and Roosevelt Elementary and Cannon River STEM Schools. This program is for 1st through 5th graders. Participation is limited to the first 15 students to register from each school.

This month's topic is Wonderful Waters: Ever wonder about water? Join us at River Bend as we dive into all things water! We will explore the water cycle and watersheds, and become experts with what creatures we can find in water. We’ll also learn about the 3 stages of water and why in the world they are important!

Scholarship discounts are available to students qualifying for the free/reduced price lunch program. Those eligible for the scholarship will receive a 50% discount on the cost of the program.

Students will be picked up from school by bus and transported to River Bend Nature Center after school releases for the day. After Science Club, students will be bused back to their school where they need to be picked up by their parent/guardian. Times students leave from and arrive back at school vary by school, see the list below for specific times.
