OWLS: Upcycling

OWLS is a monthly program for adults which includes a catered lunch followed by an indoor nature presentation.  In January, River Bend Educator Leah Weston will talk about upcycling, or reusing materials to make a higher quality product. Upcycling is a trendy way to reduce waste. This month, learn some fun facts about waste reduction in Rice County and make your own planter out of a recycled glass bottle to take home. All materials will be provided.
