OWLS is a monthly program for adults which includes a catered lunch, followed by an indoor nature presentation. In January, join historians Roy Anderson and Jeff Jarvis as they present “Ways of the Wapekute: Band of Dakota,” a slideshow program on the culture of the Native Americans that lived in the Big Woods area. Learn intriguing details about the Dakota lifestyle and their many customs. A display of ancient artifacts found in the area will be on hand for viewing after the presentation.
