OWLS is a monthly program for adults which includes a catered lunch, followed by an indoor nature presentation.  In December, Teresa DeMars, Public Relations and Information Specialist with the Rice Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD), will present on the history of conservation in Rice County and also highlight the conservation practices that can be seen around Rice County today. Come and learn about the Rice SWCD's unique history which dates back to the Dust Bowl Days.
