It takes a team of trained citizen scientists to monitor the health of our environment. Learn some common invasive species found in our woods and prairies and how to use your smartphone to report their locations. With the help of citizen scientists, land managers can cover more ground!

A Naturalist will walk you through how to use the Great Lakes EDN app, available for Apple and Android products. The Interpretive Center does not offer public Wi-Fi, so download the app and charge your phone before arriving and expect to use your cellular data throughout the program. Those without smartphones are still welcome to come and learn all about invasive species. All ages and experiences welcome!
