Learn about the history and process of making real maple syrup in this hands-on workshop. We'll discuss equipment requirements, bark and bud identification, tree tapping, and how to process sap into syrup. You'll even get a chance to taste the finished product! A portion of this program will be outside so wear sturdy shoes and warm clothes.
